$50 is yours as soon as the post is up and hits the basics. Up to $100 if it actually sends people to your page.

What it pays

| Refer a bartender | +$25 | For every bartender you send us who completes a post. Tell us who before their post goes up. |
What the post needs — all six
- One post: an Instagram Reel or Story, or a TikTok. Your choice of format, roughly 15–30 seconds.
- About your bar's happy hour, shot at the bar during or just before a real shift.
- Tags @dchappyhours.
- Links dchappyhours.com/bartender/<your-slug> — Story link sticker or bio link. Your page, not the homepage.
- #ad or #sponsored visible in the caption, not buried in a hashtag block. That's an FTC rule for both of us, not a style note.
- Send us the post link + an insights screenshot within 48h, and keep the post up for at least the 72h window.
How we count the bonus
- We count real people who open YOUR page on DCHappyHours — not likes, not views, not followers.
- Distinct people. One phone refreshing fifty times counts once.
- We text you your number 4 days after you post, hit or miss, so you see exactly what it did.
What you don't have to do
- No exclusivity, no contract, no content approval.
- No obligation to post again.
- Nothing to buy, join or sign up for.
- You keep the content and all rights to it (unless we pay you for repost rights).
How to get a spot
