Truluck’s makes choices that honor the plate, the palate, and the planet by maintaining an unwavering commitment to serving the highest-quality sustainable seafood. They will never serve endangered, overfished species, and always follow Ocean Conservancy guidelines. The origin of Truluck’s fish is always specified on the menu, Florida Stone Crab is captured by their team of professional crabbers, and produce is sourced from local growers whenever possible.
